Job summary

Ford, Inc. is seeking a Manager, EV Charging Deployment and Field Services to lead deployment, service, maintenance and warranty for Ford charging hardware at customer sites.

You will coordinate field technicians, manage vendor performance, and ensure timely, high‑quality support for Level 2 and DC fast chargers. This hybrid role drives depot deployments, invoicing, maintenance programs, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate Ford Pro charging adoption and customer satisfaction across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in operations, field service, service delivery, warranty operations, or project/vendor management.
• Experience managing external vendors, service providers, contractors, or installation partners.
• Strong project management, data analysis, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of service tickets with Ford vendors to meet metrics and SLAs.
• Monitor vendor costs and ensure timely ticket closure.
• Maintain real-time project transparency with cross-functional teams via Ford systems.
• Lead weekly vendor meetings to manage the service ticket pipeline.
• Coordinate logistics for returned hardware and ensure data integrity in internal systems.
• Drive customer satisfaction by effective vendor management and proactive escalations.
• Audit vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end PO and invoicing for field service and maintenance vendors.
• Manage preventative maintenance for ~800 DC chargers and depot deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional deployment projects and monitor installation progress.
