Alpitronic Americas in Washington, DC area seeks a Service Technician to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on hyperchargers, including commissioning and periodic interventions. You will work independently and in teams to maximize repair efficiency.

This role requires technical training or electrical experience, ability to lift 75lbs, willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and strong communication in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Technical training or electrical engineering experience.
• Experience as an electrician in low-voltage up to 1000 V.
• 2+ years in eMobility/EV charging support.
• Basic software and diagnostic skills.
• Full IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, software, network, telecom).
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Execute diagnostic, maintenance, and repair on hyperchargers.
• Work independently and in teams to maximise repair efficiency.
• Document repairs clearly and concisely.
• Provide feedback to remote service and development teams.
• Organize service interventions in the area of work.
