Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years automotive experience.
• Electric Vehicle experience preferred; Hybrid/EV training a plus.
• Automotive technical training.
• Must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair electric autonomous vehicles.
• Inspect and set up vehicles for autonomous fleet operation and testing.
• Document repairs and findings in a service platform.
• Collaborate with AutoNation, Waymo, and teammates to improve processes.
• Perform multi-point inspections and safety checks for fleet reliability.
• Follow safety standards and quality controls; operate equipment safely.
• Communicate service needs and parts requirements to technicians and team.
