Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Technician in Los Angeles to diagnose and repair electric autonomous fleet vehicles. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and high-quality repairs while documenting findings and collaborating with teammates to improve workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of automotive experience.
• Electric vehicle experience is a plus.
• Hybrid or EV training is a plus.
• Must have tools and a valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on electric vehicles.
• Inspect and set up vehicles for autonomous fleet operation and testing.
• Collaborate with AutoNation and partner associates to improve processes.
• Document repairs in the service platform and communicate parts needs.
• Ensure safety and quality in all repairs and inspections.
• Follow safety standards and quality control measures.
