Job summary

ASML US seeks a Technical Project Manager to advance EUV droplet generation research and scale high-power EUV sources. You will organize the team's tasks, align with the DG research group's leaders, and plan experiments from ideation to validation.

You will collaborate with Laser, controls, and tin management teams, drive cross-functional teamwork, manage resources and risks, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in physics, laser engineering, photonics, or related field (8+ years).
• Extensive project management experience across environments/businesses.
• Proven leadership delivering complex EUV/DG research projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUV DG research projects within the S-Next program and related initiatives.
• Align roadmaps with program planning and execute activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, testing plans, and reports.
• Contextualize DG research roadmap and portfolio within the program.
• Communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders.
