Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead EUV DG research projects within the S-Next program and other initiatives.
• Align roadmaps with program plans and manage execution of activities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tests and reports.
• Contextualize DG research roadmap and portfolio within the program.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer to engineering and product teams.
• Report progress to senior management and demonstrate system-wide performance targets.
• Identify learning objectives and design experiments to advance EUV source technology.
• Communicate issues, manage risks, and develop mitigation plans.
