Job summary

NY Creates is seeking an EUV Program Manager to lead the North America EUV program, coordinating executive staff, schedules, and partnerships to advance semiconductor R&D initiatives.

You will oversee budgets, proposals, and contracting, ensuring milestones are met while communicating with sponsors, government bodies, and internal teams across activities in lithography and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hard sciences or engineering sciences, business, management, or related field from accredited institution OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience and clear verbal and written communications.
• 7+ years of professionally responsible experience in project management of technical projects.
• 5+ years' experience navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor industry, IC manufacturing process and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive staff and personnel in administrative systems guiding day-to-day operations.
• Support development and maintenance of processes, procedures and communications for EUV program.
• Assist staff in ensuring compliance with EUV program plans and partnership contracts.
• Coordinate external presence of EUV program via reports, newsletters, conference coordination, and outreach.
• Act as liaison with sponsors, partners, government officials, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan meetings, prepare presentations, and manage communications with partners and government representatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to establish support systems for EUV program and partners.
• Support portfolio development from strategic alignment to contracting, execution and tracking.
• Create and maintain program documentation to track proposals, contracts, budgets, changes, and progress.
• Develop KPIs to drive results and address risks and issues.
• Track program changes and update contract documents.
