Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead EUV DG research initiatives, organizing cross-functional teams and aligning activities with the program roadmap. You will plan resources, design experiments, and drive demonstrations of system-level performance to advance next-gen EUV sources.

You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, communicate progress to senior leadership, and ensure documentation and risk mitigation are in place throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree with 8+ years in physics, laser engineering, photonics or related field.
• Extensive PM experience across multiple environments/businesses.
• Led large projects with cross-cultural teams and complex objectives.
• Strong process and organizational knowledge for critical decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Hands-on experience with complex system design, characterization and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUV DG research projects within the S-Next program and other initiatives.
• Align roadmaps to program planning and execute project activities accordingly.
• Create and maintain project plans, test plans and regular progress reports.
• Contextualize DG research roadmap and portfolio execution.
• Document activities and ensure product program and D&E records are complete.
• Report progress to senior management and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Define learning objectives and experimental designs to advance EUV technology.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; support program cluster manager as needed.
• Manage resources and budgets across cross-functional teams.
• Support communications across laser, controls and tin management research teams.
