NY Creates in Albany seeks an EUV Program Manager to lead the EUV program, coordinating executives and staff to guide day-to-day operations and ensure deliverables. You will oversee plans, budgets, and contracts while coordinating with sponsors, partners, and government officials to advance semiconductor R&D initiatives.

The role demands a strong engineering or hard science background, at least ten years in program management, and 5+ years navigating complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hard sciences or engineering or related field.
• Minimum ten years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years in project management of technical projects.
• 5+ years navigating complex organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor industry and IC manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive staff and personnel to guide EUV program operations.
• Ensure compliance with program plans, milestones, and contracts.
• Support external presence via reports, newsletters, and conferences.
• Liaise with sponsors, partners, government officials, and NY Creates staff.
• Plan meetings, prepare presentations, and edit critical documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support program needs.
• Develop and manage the program portfolio from proposal to execution.
• Maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Assist in allocating resources and planning project scopes.
• Create and maintain program documentation and KPIs.
