Job summary

ChargePoint in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage Europe-wide logistics operations and 3PL partnerships. You will oversee inbound/outbound shipments, EDI integrations, and inventory control to ensure a seamless flow of goods across our European network.

The role requires 2–5 years in supply chain operations, ERP/WMS experience (NetSuite preferred), and strong Excel and communication skills. A hybrid work arrangement in the Netherlands is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or ERP/WMS support.
• Hands-on operational experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred) and exposure to WMS platforms (e.g., Dynamics-based WMS, SAP EWM, Boltrics).
• Strong understanding of EDI concepts, including message types, transmission flows, and error handling.
• Demonstrated ability to perform inventory adjustments independently and document reasoning.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation).
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational flow between ChargePoint and 3PL partners across Europe.
• Oversee inbound deliveries, return shipments, and value-added services.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and After-Sales Support to ensure a smooth supply chain.
• Maintain impeccable inventory alignment and resolve integration issues.
• Coordinate customs clearance instructions for shipments entering from outside the EU.
• Manage return shipments end-to-end via Jira and ensure ERP record accuracy.
• Prepare, maintain, and optimize SOPs for continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Support.
