Job summary

Exodigo, a leading underground mapping company, is seeking a Logistics and Procurement Manager to lead the U.S. supply chain and warehouse network from our Burlington, NJ site.

Reporting to Global leads, you will optimize 3PL operations, inventory control, and local purchasing, while ensuring compliance with NetSuite ERP, global policies, and KPI-driven performance across domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on logistics/warehouse/3PL experience in the United States.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) and operational dashboards.
• Proven ability to implement SOPs, own KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Fluent English; Hebrew language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and inventory including in-house and 3PL operations.
• Operate 3PL sites, SLAs, intake/returns, damage control, and audit readiness.
• Drive FIFO, expiry controls, labeling and compliant storage.
• Optimize stocking network and reduce lead times and costs.
• Maintain NetSuite master data, run cycle counts, and ensure traceability.
• Hit SLA metrics for receiving and shipping; provide documentation (SKUs, lots).
• Improve OTIF and shipping accuracy for domestic and international flows.
• Collaborate with Ops leads, PMs, and field crews; roll out SOPs with dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, scorecards, and global-vs-US alignment.
• Local procurement for kits, spares within budgets; align with global procurement.
