Job summary

SPS Commerce, a leading cloud-based supply chain solution provider, seeks a Sr. Implementation Specialist, EDI/ERP - NetSuite to lead technical integrations for mid-market clients.

You will own delivery from kickoff to go-live, build client relationships, and drive accurate, timely implementations. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in implementation/relationship management in SaaS, hands-on EDI with data mapping/X12, NetSuite experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in implementation, account management, or product/relationship management in SaaS.
• Hands-on EDI experience including data mapping and X12 transaction sets.
• Strong NetSuite ERP implementation or configuration experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own successful delivery of technical integration solutions for clients.
• Serve as escalation point between client and SPS partners and maintain client relationships.
• Understand client business goals and ensure timely, accurate implementations.
