Job summary

ChargePoint in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage Europe-wide logistics operations and 3PL partnerships. You will oversee inbound/outbound shipments, EDI integrations, and inventory control to ensure a seamless flow of goods across our European network.

The role requires 2–5 years in supply chain operations, ERP/WMS experience (NetSuite preferred), and strong Excel and communication skills. A hybrid work arrangement in the Netherlands is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or ERP/WMS support.
• Hands-on operational experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred) and exposure to WMS platforms (e.g., Dynamics-based WMS, SAP EWM, Boltrics).
• Strong understanding of EDI concepts, including message types, transmission flows, and error handling.
• Demonstrated ability to perform inventory adjustments independently and document reasoning.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation).
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

What You Will Be Doing

You will manage the daily operational flow between ChargePoint and our 3PL partners across Europe, overseeing inbound deliveries, return shipments, and value-added services. Day-to-day, you will collaborate extensively with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and After-Sales Support to guarantee a smooth and visible supply chain. Success in this role means maintaining impeccable inventory alignment, swiftly resolving integration failures, and optimizing the flow of physical goods and digital data across our European network.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Planand monitor inbound freight, return shipments, Value Added Service (VAS), scrap, and rework activities performed by our 3PL partners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Executeand document EDI test cases across ChargePoint Europe's ERP (NetSuite) and 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for new integrations and regression cycles.
• Validatemessage flows, flag integration failures, and coordinate effectively with IT and the 3PL to deploy rapid fixes.
• Performweekly inventory reconciliation between NetSuite and the 3PL's WMS, investigating and resolving discrepancies caused by transaction errors, EDI delays, or incorrect postings.
• Provideprecise customs clearance instructions from a central database (Country of Origin, HS codes, declared values) for all shipments arriving from outside the EU to prevent transit delays.
• Managereturn shipment requests end-to-end via Jira, overseeing ticket handling, collection, label generation, exception handling, and ERP record accuracy.
• Coordinateexceptional and ad-hoc transport requests, arranging special pickups, urgent shipments, and non-standard carrier bookings with complete documentation.
• Prepare, maintain, and optimize standard operational procedures (SOPs) to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
• Partnercross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Support teams to align logistics activities with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or ERP/WMS support.
• Hands-on operational experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred) and exposure to WMS platforms (e.g., Dynamics-based WMS, SAP EWM, Boltrics).
• Solid understanding of EDI concepts, including message types, transmission flows, and error handling, paired with a genuine curiosity to learn end-to-end integration workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to perform inventory adjustments independently, assessing situations accurately, determining correct actions, and documenting reasoning.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation); exposure to SQL or BI tools is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency using ticketing tools such as Jira for issue tracking and resolution.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with EU customs processes, including HS codes, COO declarations, and import procedures.
• Knowledge of 3PL warehouse operations and carrier integration workflows.
• Working knowledge of Dutch or another European language.
