Job summary

BDX in Heidelberg, Germany is seeking a Sales Enablement & Capability Trainer to help build our European Sales Training & Capability Academy. You will deliver engaging sales training across Europe, across in-person, virtual and blended formats, translating methodologies and tools into real-world customer scenarios.

Travel about 30% across Europe, partner with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams, and coach managers to reinforce learning in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales training, capability, facilitation or learning & development.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, both in-person and virtual.
• Experience with customer-facing teams in a complex, consultative environment.
• Fluent English plus at least one additional European language.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% across Europe.

Responsibilities
