You will help build the Europe Sales Engineering function, create demo environments, and contribute to integration playbooks while feeding customer insights back into Plaid’s roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineering or implementations.
• Hands-on understanding of APIs and web/mobile integration (REST, OAuth, webhooks, JSON).
• Ability to build and debug a demo in JavaScript, Python, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical lead across Startup to Enterprise accounts in Europe.
• Run technical discovery and map requirements to Plaid products.
• Deliver demonstrations and own proof-of-concept engagements with customer engineers.
• Design integration architectures and validate approaches in sandbox.
• Respond to technical, security, and regulatory questionnaires and RFPs.
• Build reusable selling assets for European use cases and competitive positioning.
• Translate feedback into product insights for roadmap.
