Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions is seeking a senior commercial leader for remote-based work covering Europe, with focus on GLP-1 manufacturing markets. The role leads the established Business Development team and drives growth across international markets, including Europe.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with clients in biotech and pharma services. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in CDMO/pharma services BD in Europe GLP-1 sales.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute European BD strategy to meet revenue goals.
• Win new business with medium to large pharma in European territory.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Collaborate with technical, project management, operations, and executive teams.
• Represent the company at conferences and client meetings.
