Job summary

Swickard Auto Group is seeking an experienced European-brand technician for Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage. You will diagnose and repair vehicles across engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems using OEM tools and procedures.

Anchorage-based role offering a competitive flat-rate pay structure between $30 and $45 per hour, with MBZ training and certification support, plus benefits and a clear career path within the group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technician experience on European brand vehicles.
• Mercedes-Benz experience a strong plus with XENTRY/DAS familiarity and MBZ factory certifications reflected in rate.
• Strong diagnostic foundation with a track record of accurate first-time repairs and a low comeback rate.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz and European vehicles across a full range of systems using OEM diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Execute repairs to OEM specifications with speed, accuracy, and consistent quality.
• Document all diagnostic findings and completed work accurately on repair orders.
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality.
