Swickard Auto Group is seeking an experienced flat-rate technician for Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage in Alaska. You will diagnose and repair MBZ vehicles, perform multi-point inspections, and communicate findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience at a franchised dealership.
• Mercedes-Benz or European brand experience preferred; other backgrounds welcome.
• XENTRY/DAS or equivalent diagnostic tool proficiency.
• ASE certifications a strong plus; MBZ factory certifications valued.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles across systems using XENTRY/DAS and OEM procedures.
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans with service advisors.
• Execute repairs to MBZ factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and no shortcuts.
• Complete repair orders accurately and document all work and parts used.
• Stay current on MBZ technical service bulletins, software updates, and procedures.
• Perform test drives to validate conclusions and confirm repair quality.
