Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical or automotive technician experience.
• Any brand background welcome; Mercedes-Benz not required.
• Broad maintenance and minor repair skills across multiple vehicle platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ASE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough mechanical inspections on incoming vehicles to identify reconditioning needs.
• Complete reconditioning work efficiently: oil, brakes, tires, belts, filters, and safety items.
• Document findings and work on repair orders to support pricing and liability.
• Coordinate with the used vehicle manager and service team for fast, accurate turnaround.
• Flag items beyond scope and route to appropriate specialists.
• Work on a flat-rate basis; throughput and accuracy determine earnings.
