Job summary

Jergens, Inc. is seeking a European Commercial and Account Manager to lead day-to-day commercial execution across the UK and Europe, managing customers, quotations and opportunities from enquiry to outcome.

You will develop accounts and distributors, drive cross-selling across SFG, WSG and LSG, and work with engineering and quality teams as needed. The role requires fluent English, aerospace sales experience, and the ability to travel at least 25% with home-based work from the UK or Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Relevant commercial, technical sales or account-management experience within the aerospace sector is essential.
• Working knowledge of aerospace fasteners, applications and part-number structures.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day European commercial execution for UK & Europe.
• Manage customers, quotations and opportunities from enquiry to commercial outcome.
• Develop assigned accounts and distributors across SFG, WSG and LSG.
• Coordinate pricing, discounting and commercial approvals within authority limits.
