Job summary

Jergens, Inc. seeks a results-driven European commercial professional to own day-to-day sales execution across SFG, WSG and LSG.

You will manage customer quotes, orders and opportunities from enquiry to outcome while coordinating with engineering and quality teams. Based remotely from the UK or Europe, you will travel at least 25% and partner with distributors, direct accounts and OEMs to hit ambitious sales goals and KPI targets, with the European Managing Director retaining budget

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial sales or account management within aerospace.
• Knowledge of OEMs, tiered supply chains, and distributors.
• Familiarity with AS9100 is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and pricing skills.
• CRM and opportunity management experience.
