Job summary

Firstwork is building a European sales presence for its AI-powered recruitment platform. We’re seeking a senior hunter who can win new agency accounts in the UK and across Europe, selling to MDs, Ops Directors and compliance leads.

You will source, map and close multi-year contracts, demonstrate cost and compliance benefits, and collaborate with our deployment engineers to move customers from pilot to production in weeks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years closing new business with strong recent target performance.
• Experience selling software or services to UK recruitment agencies and executives.
• Closed multi-year or committed-volume contracts.
• At least 30% of closed business was self-sourced.
• Willing to travel across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new agency accounts, building a pipeline via events, the REC and APSCo network, referrals and outbound.
• Run discovery to map how an agency onboards and vets workers, then clarify back to the buyer.
• Build the business case on cost and compliance risk and convert pilots into multi-year contracts.
• Sell alongside AI Deployment Specialists and forward-deployed engineers, who deploy live in weeks.
• Expand accounts across branches and into European markets.
