Job summary

EnerVenue in Europe is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Lead to architect and lead our sales strategy for Europe. You will identify opportunities, run the sales cycle, negotiate contracts and close deals, while building a strong pipeline and key partnerships across utilities, integrators and end users.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Deployments teams to ensure customer success and market expansion, reporting to senior leadership as the primary sales resource in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field is required
• MBA or additional technical credentials strongly desired
• Expertise in European electricity markets and customer-facing sales experience in these markets
• Progressive sales experience with P&L responsibility in an early-stage company is desirable
• Experience selling to utilities, commercial and industrial accounts in renewables/energy storage is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up and networking
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Execute go-to-market sales strategy with discipline and collaboration
• Negotiate contracts with sophisticated counterparties
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Deployments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and market conditions
