Job summary

Fluence Energy is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support the EMEA Sales team by translating customer requirements into optimized energy storage solutions and compelling technical proposals. You will guide customers through the sales process, support contract negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful energy storage projects.

This role requires strong technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial acumen to drive Fluence's growth across the EMEA

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience within the power industry.
Experience with offer management and/or technical contract review.

Responsibilities

Partner with the EMEA Sales teams to transform customer requirements into optimized energy storage solution proposals.
Build deep expertise in energy storage technologies and act as a trusted technical advisor to Sales.
Lead evaluation and selection of installation contractor proposals for turnkey delivery.
Collaborate with Sales to navigate technical aspects of customer contracts.
Capture customer requirements to influence product roadmaps and system designs.
