Enfuce, a global payments partner, is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager to accelerate revenue by acquiring strategic partners across Europe. You will drive outbound outreach, negotiate terms, and onboard partners, shaping how partnerships fuel Enfuce's growth.

This senior role collaborates with Sales, Product and Commercial leadership to scale regional market access and credibility. The role emphasizes building relationships with core banking platforms, ISVs and fintech providers,

Qualifications

Experience closing strategic partnerships in fintech or payments.
Strong understanding of card issuing and issuer infrastructure is a plus.
Proven ability to develop regional partnership strategies and drive revenue.
Ability to navigate complex commercial, legal, and compliance discussions.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure strategic partners across priority regions and verticals.
Develop regional partnership strategies for European markets.
Lead outbound partner development from research to signed agreements.
Craft compelling partner propositions for co-sell, integration and referral models.
Collaborate cross-functionally to launch joint go-to-market initiatives.
Build relationships with ecosystem players and market influencers.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and track commercial impact.
Negotiate partnerships creating long-term value.
