Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior leader to drive partnerships and expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will negotiate and execute deals with payment method partners and expand Stripe’s market presence in EMEA, coordinating with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

The role requires deep payments domain knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across multiple functions while delivering measurable partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships or corporate development with a payments/ecommerce focus.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to navigate complex market dynamics in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and craft strategies for market expansion and payment method partners in EMEA.
• Execute deals and manage partner onboarding and development.
• Understand partners' priorities and communicate insights to Stripe product teams.
• Grow Stripe's partner relationships and align Stripe with partner goals.
• Set KPIs to measure deal processes and partner management effectiveness.
