Parts Europe GmbH seeks a Team Lead for the Northern Europe Customer Service team covering DACH, Benelux, UK and Scandinavia. You will mentor colleagues, drive KPI targets and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

You will foster a positive work environment, coach on performance reviews, holiday planning and time management while handling complex inquiries as needed. Fluency in English is required, German/other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical education completed with several years in customer service.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach, train and develop a team.
• Proven task prioritization, solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication.

Responsibilities
