Job summary
Virtasant is seeking an outcome‑oriented client relationship and delivery leader who can build their own business by partnering with top clients and Virtasant’s solutions team. You will own end-to-end client relationships, drive delivery, and oversee commercial leadership across your portfolio.
You’ll work with global teams to deliver measurable outcomes, leverage AI and cloud strategies, and help scale a next‑generation outcomes‑through‑automation model for large enterprises.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting or strategic account leadership.
- Business and technical acumen to align execs with tech solutions.
- Experience owning the full commercial stack (SOWs, forecasting, margins).
- Comfort delivering in lean, fast-moving environments.
- Wins in AI, cloud transformation (AWS/Azure/GCP) at Fortune 500 scale.
Responsibilities
- Build durable client relationships with VP/C-level sponsors and be the voice on AI and cloud strategy.
- Develop and own account strategy and expansion across your portfolio.
- Lead delivery across global teams and ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive SOWs, forecasting, margin, staffing, and renewals for your portfolio.
- Coordinate with delivery leads, engineers, and architects to optimise outcomes daily.
