Job summary

Virtual Identity AG is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship professional to develop and manage a portfolio of clients. You will be the primary contact, helping clients uncover and solve their business challenges and turning challenges into signed offers with the Client Partner team.

You will shape the account rituals to foster the right atmosphere, ambition and dedication to deliver outstanding results that win clients’ hearts and minds.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in client service, account management or consulting (agency side or in‑house).
• A completed university degree (engineering, economics or similar) or a comparable qualification.
• A strategic mindset and real enthusiasm for digital topics.
• Curiosity about people: you connect easily, listen closely and quickly see what matters.
• Proficient English and very good written and spoken German is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build close, trusting partnerships with a portfolio of clients and be their primary contact.
• Actively help clients uncover and solve real business challenges.
• Turn client challenges into signed offers with the Client Partner team.
