Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Europe region, reporting to the VP for Growth. The role is described as permanent and can be remote with the successful candidate based anywhere in the UK, with travel as workload dictates.

You will identify, pursue and secure profitable opportunities within EnerMech’s Infrastructure and Industrial Solutions lines. The role focuses on winning new business, building a robust pipeline, and representing EnerMech at industry events

Qualifications

• Understanding of onshore industrial services and engineering industry including energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Experience developing target customer pursuit and key account plans.
• Minimum 5 years in Energy/Industrial Services related to Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure profitable commercial opportunities for EnerMech.
• Develop a reliable pipeline across the full BD life-cycle from mapping to forecast.
• Lead engagement with customers, partners and markets at events and campaigns.
• Involve in win strategy for bids and cross-sell EnerMech capabilities.
