Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a BESS Application and Project Delivery Manager to drive European commercial and industrial energy storage projects from opportunity assessment through handover. You will lead the internal technical delivery, define scope, select external partners, and coordinate site assessment, permitting, installation and commissioning.

This role requires travel across Europe and close collaboration with sales, product management, and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or energy systems.
• Proven role coordinating delivery of stationary BESS projects in Europe.
• Experience with permitting, connection processes and site execution.
• Knowledge of batteries, power conversion and energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess sites, feasibility, and determine installation risks.
• Coordinate design, delivery, and commissioning with partners.
• Support sales with technical input and business cases.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time project delivery.
