Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Phoenix is seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end asset lifecycle, from forecasting to recycling, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow and hardware/software assets.

The role requires 100% on-site work at the client location, coordinating with vendors, and training teams. Solid experience in asset tracking, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with IT hardware & software asset management experience.
• Experience managing PC and mobile assets in ServiceNow; aware of asset lifecycle stages.
• Experience coordinating with vendors for physical asset audits and stockroom maintenance.
• End-to-end asset life management including forecasting, receiving, shipping, maintenance, recycling.
• Track lifecycle to maintain warranty information, refresh dates, and end-of-life information.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Office, Windows OS and iOS troubleshooting.
• Smart hands support for server and network devices.
• Train-the-trainer capability.
• Must be working from site.

Responsibilities

• Asset inventory management (New Device Asset/Import/Physical Stocking).
• PC fulfillment, lifecycle scheduling, and recertification including shipping/receiving assets.
• Windows/MAC/iPhone/iPad fulfillment and device recertification.
• Accessory requests and unknown device research/investigation.
• PC diagnostics, sanitation, and recycle handling including offboarding.
• Software provisioning/install requests, printer configuration, and returns.
• Walkup, deskside and remote technical support (incident management).
• New hire onboarding and orientation.
• AV meeting room support.

Base Salary Range : $50,000 to $60,000 Per Annum
