Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Arlington, VA seeks an IT Asset Management professional to handle end-to-end asset lifecycle tasks, including forecasting, receiving, shipping, and recycling. The role focuses on PC and mobile assets managed through ServiceNow, with strong emphasis on audits, vendor coordination, and device recertification.

Responsibilities include asset inventory, fulfillment, diagnostics, software provisioning, and user support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for IT hardware and software asset management.
• Experience in managing PC and mobile assets in ServiceNow and knowledge of asset lifecycle stages.
• Ability to conduct physical asset audits with vendors and maintain asset stock rooms.
• End-to-end asset life management including forecasting, receiving, shipping, maintenance, and recycling.

Responsibilities

• 100% Work from Office (Client location).
• Asset inventory management for new devices, imports, and physical stocking.
• PC fulfillment and lifecycle management including autopilot/reimage/import, shipping and receiving assets.
• Fulfillment of Windows/Mac/iOS devices and device recertification (wipe/reload/import).
• Handle accessory requests and unknown device research/investigation.
• PC diagnostics and sanitation, asset offboarding and recycle coordination.
• Software provision/install requests and printer configuration.
• Walkup, deskside and remote technical support; incident and ticket escalation.
• New hire onboarding training and orientation.
• AV meeting room support.

Base Salary Range : $55,000 to $60,000 Per Annum
