Job summary

EMCD, a leading crypto technology company, seeks a Sales Manager to drive commercial expansion across the EU and strengthen our presence in the European mining ecosystem. You will build and manage partner relationships, attract new clients, and develop market entry strategies for European markets.

The role requires 5+ years in sales with 2+ years in blockchain, mining, or fintech, plus strong negotiation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• At least five years of sales experience, including two years with blockchain/mining/fintech products.
• Deep understanding of the European market and crypto/mining sectors.
• Proven track record of winning new business in the blockchain space.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and day-to-day sales activities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partner relationships with data centers, mining equipment vendors, and service centers.
• Attract new partners and clients to expand EMCD's international market presence, focusing on the EU.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners and win back accounts.
• Develop market entry strategies for specified countries in Europe.
• Build local brand partnerships to increase awareness and referral-based deals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to improve EMCD products for target customers.
• Represent EMCD at industry conferences and events across Europe.
