Job summary

GoMining is expanding its regional BD team and seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager for MENA and LatAm. You will identify high-potential affiliates, crypto exchanges, iGaming operators, and fintech partners, and close mutually profitable deals.

You’ll travel to conferences, negotiate with founders, and grow partner networks with uncapped commission. Fluent English is required; willingness to travel and work remotely across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech.
• Your own network in MENA and/or LatAm (affiliates, networks, operators, media).
• A track record of closing large partnership deals, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management.
• Readiness to travel a lot to conferences and meetings across MENA and LatAm.
• A hunter mindset: proactive, fast-paced, driven by results and money.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Hunting: find the partners who matter.
• Map the partners with the biggest reach in MENA and LatAm: crypto, iGaming, brokers, fintech, media.
• Work the field: attend crypto, iGaming, affiliate and fintech conferences across MENA and LatAm, book meetings in advance and close partnerships on site.
• Closing: run the full cycle from first contact to onboarding and first sales.
• Growing: expand signed partners with higher volume and new formats, maintain CRM pipeline and report weekly.
