Job summary

GoMining in Europe seeks a results-driven business development manager to identify and sign high-potential affiliates and partners across crypto, iGaming and fintech. You’ll travel to conferences, meet founders and close deals on site.

You’ll own the partnership cycle from first contact to onboarding and revenue, with an uncapped bonus tied to sales volume. A strong European network and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto or fintech.
• Own network in Europe (affiliates, networks, operators, media).
• Track record of closing large partnership deals with verifiable numbers.
• Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Hunter mindset: proactive and money-driven.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Map the partners with the biggest reach in Europe across crypto, iGaming, brokers, fintech, media and influencers.
• Attend conferences and close partnerships on site across Europe.
• Use your network to reach decision-makers, not just email responses.
• Own every deal end-to-end: contact, negotiation, onboarding, launching traffic and first sales.
• Negotiate with founders and senior management and clearly show value of partnering with GoMining.
• When a partner says no, find out why and refine the offer.
• Grow signed partners with higher volume, new formats, and special offers.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, report weekly, and file a results report after each trip.
• Share market insights with the team.
