Job summary

EMCD is expanding globally and seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across North America. You will forge strategic partnerships, create new business opportunities, and sustain long-term relationships with key industry players in the mining ecosystem.

Remote-first role with flexible hours, travel 1–2x per month, and a focus on expanding EMCD's presence in crypto mining across North America. EMCD offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation in USDT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, including blockchain/mining/fintech products.
• Deep understanding of the North American market for crypto/mining.
• Track record of winning new business in the blockchain space.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partner relationships with data centers, mining equipment vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service centers.
• Attract new partners and clients to expand EMCD's North American footprint.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, negotiate deals, and win back accounts.
• Develop market entry strategies for North America.
• Build brand partnerships with key players in the mining pool ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance and operations to improve EMCD products for target customers.
• Represent EMCD at industry conferences and events across the region.
