Job summary

GoMining is expanding its regional business development team. You will hunt and sign major affiliates and partners across crypto, iGaming, brokers, fintech, media, and influencers. This field role requires live meetings, conferences, and on-site negotiations to close deals and drive revenue.

You will manage end-to-end partnerships, grow volume, and share market insights with the team. A remote role with travel across the region is offered, with uncapped bonus potential and support for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech.
• Own network in the region (affiliates, networks, operators, media).
• Track record of closing large partnership deals with numbers you can walk us through.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and sign partners with large networks in your region across crypto, iGaming, fintech and media.
• Close partnerships end-to-end: first contact, negotiation, onboarding, traffic launch and first sales.
• Grow partnerships and volume; keep CRM pipeline updated and report results.
