Job summary

Schlumberger is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Data Analyst to design, execute, and enhance the program via data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive narratives. The role monitors risk, communicates impact, and fosters an evidence-based compliance culture across the business.

You will partner with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and Finance to embed compliance into operations, develop AI-enabled tools, and deliver timely risk reporting across geographies and business units.

Qualifications

• Handle sensitive information with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Use data, analytics, automation, and AI to identify trends and insights.
• Translate complex data into clear visuals and narratives for stakeholders.
• Organize workflows, meet deadlines, and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Support E&C program lifecycle including risk assessment, policy management, training and analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and tech-enabled solutions using E&C data sources.
• Monitor indicators such as allegation volume, cycle time, and training completion.
• Convert data into visual stories highlighting risk hotspots and trends across geographies.
• Implement data quality controls and governance for key data sources.
• Deliver AI and automation initiatives to strengthen analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI tools and templates for E&C.
• Manage an E&C portfolio of AI use cases from intake to implementation and improvement.
• Provide data and trend analysis for quarterly board reporting.
