Job summary

Sempra Energy in Hawaii seeks an Ethics & Investigations analyst to support the day-to-day administration of the Ethics & Compliance Helpline, oversee internal investigations, and assist with investigator training. You will gather, analyze, and transform data for reporting to key stakeholders, and assist with the maintenance of a web-based case management system.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Ethics, Audit, Compliance, HR, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• conduct case review and manage Helpline intake reports and assignments.
• Analyze data and create dashboards on statistics and trends for leadership and committees.
• Guide investigators on best practices and ensure accuracy in investigation documentation.
• Maintain the web-based case management system and coordinate with internal users and third-party vendors.
• Assist with planning and delivering training sessions for Ethics & Investigations.
