Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director to lead strategy and execution for a global compliance data analytics program.

You will manage the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team, partnering with Legal and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for risk mitigation. The role requires extensive experience at the intersection of compliance and data science, with a track record of building early warning systems and multi-year roadmaps to enable AI/ML-enabled risk

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in similar roles with at least 5 years within a Legal, Compliance, or Audit function of a large technology company or similar industry.
Experience with cloud data warehouses and BI tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI) and overseeing data science workflows.
Ability to translate incomplete data into actionable insights and build proactive risk-detection capabilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior partners to design and test an AI-native compliance program and integrate data sources.
Oversee development of automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk, ethics, and regulatory focus areas.
Develop multi-year roadmaps for compliance data analytics strategy and model maturity.
Lead as a visible data-driven leader influencing business and board-level decisions.
