Job summary

Ropes & Gray seeks a Senior Analyst for Client Ops & LPM to design and deliver advanced dashboards and analytics. You will translate business needs into scalable reporting using Strategy, Tableau and PowerBI, supporting matter management and client delivery.

You will work with Finance, Knowledge Management and Legal Tech teams to drive automation, data storytelling and proactive performance monitoring across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5–7 years relatable experience required.
• Expertise with BI software (Strategy, Tableau, PowerBI), Excel, SQL.
• Highly organized and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions using BI and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with Client Ops & LPM colleagues to gather requirements and develop dashboards and matter management tools.
• Develop knowledge of the team’s tech stack and recommend scalable enhancements.
• Apply knowledge of legal project management and client operations to inform reporting.
• Build scalable dashboards with thoughtful data storytelling for partners and clients.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies.
