Lockheed Martin in New Jersey seeks a Metrics & Data Analyst to support analytics across the Environmental, Safety, Health and Sustainability organization. You will build data pipelines, develop dashboards, and apply ML/AI to improve program performance.

You will partner with SMEs, maintain governance, and communicate complex analyses to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to data/analytics or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data querying and wrangling (SQL, Python/pandas).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of data governance and quality controls.
• Experience with ML/AI solutions is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to translate pain points into data-driven solutions.
• Maintain data analytics pipelines for program management.
• Use statistics, ML, and AI to analyze performance metrics.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Collaborate with AI teams to drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Support enterprise analytics strategy for ESHS and sustainability.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and predictive models.
• Establish data governance standards and data taxonomy.
• Monitor metrics and provide executive insights.
