Job summary

Accenture is expanding a global Data & AI compliance program. As Specialist, Data & AI Compliance, you will support the program, align with Data Privacy and Responsible AI teams, and advise on contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.

You will monitor regulatory developments, translate requirements into practical guidance, and build strong relationships with legal, risk and business teams. This full-time role requires 2–3 years of global compliance experience and fluency in English.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a global compliance/ethics/governance function.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data management principles and related frameworks.
  • Experience monitoring regulatory trends and translating them into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor legislative and regulatory activities related to data, AI and data privacy.
  • Identify requirements and best practices aligned to existing programs or enhancements.
  • Draft and maintain standards and controls reflecting legal and policy requirements.
  • Translate requirements into practical guidance for internal teams.
  • Manage communications and FAQs to provide timely guidance.
  • Support contracting counsel and client-facing guidance.
  • Document AI systems with focus on high-risk areas.
  • Advise on data and AI compliance in new services and initiatives.
