Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ethics and compliance, internal audit, risk management, or a related assurance function.
• Experience conducting compliance audits, controls testing, and monitoring activities in a global organization.
• Familiarity with ABAC compliance, fraud detection, and investigations; data analytics to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ethics and compliance audits, controls testing, and monitoring to evaluate control effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and track remediation activities.
• Support third-party risk management through due diligence, red flags, monitoring, and assessments.
• Provide compliance oversight for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
