Job summary

ProShares seeks an experienced Product Implementation professional to oversee episodic and recurring product lifecycle events, including launches, liquidations, and fund repositionings. You will coordinate with Product Management, Capital Markets, and Legal to ensure timely, accurate execution across funds.

Ideal candidates have about 6 years in financial services or fund operations, strong communication skills, and a solid knowledge of ETFs and asset markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred but not required.
• Approximately 6 years of experience in financial services/fund operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of new index ETF launches and support the launch process.
• Lead annual prospectus review and coordinate related filings and collateral updates.
• Coordinate share splits, monthly closing price monitoring, and benchmark changes.
• Drive fund liquidation processes and coordinate with Product Development and Product Management.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets on changes in calculation times or costs.
