Job summary

You will help design workflows, collaborate with sub-advisors and portfolio managers, and act as an ETF SME across distribution, IT, operations, accounting and marketing. The role emphasizes strategic vision for Harbor’s ETF business, cross-functional teamwork, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial instruments
• 1 year in middle/front office or ETF related experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with Bloomberg preferred

Responsibilities

• Support launch and ongoing management of Harbor ETFs, including design and operational workflow
• Provide guidance, training and support to Harbor ETF sub-advisors and portfolio managers
• Act as ETF subject matter expert across Harbor, Distribution, IT, Operations, Accounting and marketing
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the ETF value chain to ensure product success
• Manage daily basket process and respond to ETF questions
• Help set the strategic vision for Harbor's ETF business and drive long-term goals
• Collaborate with marketing on training and collateral for ETFs
• Oversee reconciliations
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting
• Support nightly ETF baskets
• Ad-hoc tasks & projects
