Job summary

Apex Group Ltd is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join our ETF-focused operations team. This hands-on role requires 3+ years of ETF operations experience and 5–7+ years in the industry, with strong technical knowledge and precision.

You will coordinate ETF creation/redemption activities, settlements, and AP relationships while supporting operational controls and system enhancements. The position emphasizes an ability to train junior staff, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct ETF operations experience.
• 5–7+ years of total relevant industry experience.
• Experience with InvestOne Accounting platform preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with internal teams and APs.

Responsibilities

• Process ETF creation and redemption orders in the primary market.
• Manage creation and redemption settlements, including cash and in-kind transactions.
• Coordinate ETF unit settlements and maintain relationships with Authorized Participants.
• Respond to AP inquiries related to creation and redemption activity.
• Support CNS operations related to ETF trading and settlement.
• Manage and support ETF rebalance activity.
• Process ETF collateral and perform related P&L calculations.
• Apply working knowledge of mutual fund accounting in ETF structures and custodial processes.
