Job summary

L&G Asset Management, America is building its U.S. ETF platform and seeks an experienced ETF Capital Markets professional to lead launches, liquidity strategies, and trading oversight.

You will coordinate with custodians, APs, market makers, exchanges, and internal teams to ensure strong liquidity and an excellent investor experience. From day one you’ll shape creation/redemption processes, monitor trading quality, manage relationships with ecosystem partners, and help grow the ETF business

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of capital markets experience with a strong ETF background.
• Senior member experience in an ETF Capital Markets team.
• Strong relationships with ecosystem partners (APs, market makers, exchanges).
• Enthusiasm for the ETF industry and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ETF Capital Markets function as the firm launches L&G ETFs in the US.
• Manage day-to-day primary and secondary market activity; coordinate with PM, trading and ops teams to support ETF trading and liquidity.
• Maintain relationships with authorized participants, market makers, trading platforms, and exchanges; provide trading guidance to clients.
• Stay abreast of regulatory market practice changes and inform/train the team accordingly.
• Develop and enhance internal ETF tools and processes; coordinate key initiatives across the platform.
• Increase visibility of the L&G ETF range through industry conferences and events.
• Support distribution with new business opportunities and client meetings.
