Job summary

ProShares is seeking a Product Implementation professional to oversee episodic and recurring ETF lifecycle events, including launches, liquidations, and fund repositionings. The role collaborates with Product Management and Capital Markets to ensure accurate filings, data, and communications.

You will manage front-end processes, back-office meetings, project plans, and changes to index descriptions, while coordinating with Legal on final accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Approx. 6 years of experience in financial services, fund operations, or fund processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of new index ETF launches, including front-end process and back‑office coordination.
• Lead annual prospectus reviews and manage filings, descriptions, and collateral updates with Legal input.
• Coordinate with Product Management on share splits, monthly closing price monitoring, and benchmark changes.
• Support the fund liquidation process and coordinate with Capital Markets on calculation times or costs.
